How long will the shipment take to arrive?

  • Local and International orders take 10 to 20 days to be delivered via our Standard Shipping serivce and we ship within 5 business days.
  • Local and International orders less than 10 days to be delivered via our Standard Shipping serivce and we ship within 2 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary due to the pandemic. Due to COVID-19 measures, all shipping times have been delayed. We promise to deliver within 10 to 20 days (Asia and North America) and 10 to 25 days (South America and Europe) with 5 day maximum processing period. However, shipping times are very unpredictable during this period and we seek the understanding of our customers.

How much does shipping cost?

  • We offer 2 shipping modes Free Express Shipping (14 to 28 days) and Premium Express Shipping (within 10 days) for a cost of USD 9.99.
  • For Shipments to in the Europe and South America region, an additional USD 1.90 will be charged for the Express Shipping Option and an additional USD 9.99 will be added to the Premium Express Shipping Option. We are currently working on this and hope to bring you the most affordable, fastest and cheapest options available.
  • Orders above 70 USD will get Free Premium Express Shipping.
  • Due to the pandemic, shipping times may vary.
